Email efe@cloudgeng.com. It helps if you include the video URL you were analysing, the platform you were on (iOS, Android, or the web app), and roughly when the problem happened.

Managing your subscription

If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, your subscription is billed by Apple and can only be changed or cancelled through Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you subscribed on the web, manage it from your account settings.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app at Settings → Delete account, or on the web from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you have an active Apple subscription, cancel it separately through Apple — deleting your VidSum account cannot cancel Apple billing on your behalf.
